Die cast steel. Designed to flatten and tenderize poultry, pork and beef. Features a flat side for pounding and a textured side for tenderizing. The head is weighted and angled for optimal flattening. Extra sturdy, solid construction ensures it will stand up to frequent use. Soft handle cushions hands and absorbs pressure.
